How to add awesome email templates in WordPress

I am glad to share with you another amazing WordPress option you can use anytime. That is email templates modification!

First of all, install a plugin through Plugins>Add new as usual.

Search for the Email Templates plugin and press Install Now button. Activate it then.

After this, open Appearance>Email Templates tabs in order to access configuration area specifically for Email Templates plugin.

Feel free to adjust the settings to your needs.

In Settings tab you can change default e-mail which is usually taken from WordPress back-end.

In Templates section you are able to select boxed or fullwidth layout, and background as well.

Email header tab allows you to select logo for email. Just try using the Upload logo button to apply background image or leave it blank if you want to set up text logo. Right under this button, you can find input area for text logo and color style changes, such as background of logo section and logo text color.

Email body section is for background, text and link color modification, font size of the actual email message. Look at the screenshot below for more details.

Footer is the last part of the email message and you can configure this section as well. Here is the available set of settings to modify: footer text, its background color, font size and text color. Moreover, there is alignment option to place on the left or on the right side, or, simply in the center.
